We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gunskins.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please know that shipping fees for the return label and a restocking fee (30%) will apply and be deducted from the final refund once items are received.
Free Shipping Offer: GunSkins® offers free shipping (continental USA only) on select items throughout the store. Restrictions may apply. If the total value of qualifying items in your order is $49 or more, your order will ship free. This offer is valid only for in-stock products.
Protected Shipping is an optional add-on that covers your order against loss or damage during transit. A package is not considered lost until 14 days after the expected delivery date. If a protected issue occurs, you may file a claim for a replacement. Orders without Protected Shipping are limited to the carrier’s standard liability.
