We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gunskins.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please know that shipping fees for the return label and a restocking fee (30%) will apply and be deducted from the final refund once items are received.

Protected Shipping is an optional add-on that covers your order against loss or damage during transit. A package is not considered lost until 14 days after the expected delivery date. If a protected issue occurs, you may file a claim for a replacement. Orders without Protected Shipping are limited to the carrier’s standard liability.
We continually invest in new equipment, technology, and production improvements to deliver the best possible print quality. As our printers, materials, inks, and color profiles may be updated over time, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between separate orders even when the same pattern and color are selected. If consistent color is important, we recommend ordering all products needed at the same time.
We utilize state-of-the-art 5000-kelvin lighting to ensure optimal color matching during the printing process. Our print profiles are calibrated to achieve superior daylight color management, delivering the most natural outdoor color representation for all custom prints. However, lighting conditions play a significant role in color perception, and colors viewed indoors under artificial lighting may differ from their appearance in natural daylight.
Due to limitations inherent in the RGB color space, photos, videos, and renderings may not always perfectly represent the product you receive. Pattern scale and color shades may also appear differently depending on the context in which they are viewed.
